The SAGAR group has got well trained managers, supervisors, kitchen and other staff who are dedicated and have digested the Sagar culture, discipline under the able guidance of Mr. Jayaram Banan. Though the institution was initially started under the constitution of H.U.F. and continued till march 2003 the management felt the need for the corporatisation to streamline the systems and to facilitate faster growth & expansion.

Accordingly the entire business of the group was clubbed under a distinctive company "SAGAR RATNA HOTELS PVT.LTD" w.e.f. 1st April2003 under the chairmanship of Mr. Jayaram Banan.
